Business Manager Opportunity

Wanted:  Manager & Personal Assistant

My career is filled with untapped opportunity and a storm of possibility. I am blessed to possess amazing gifts as an Intuitive, a Chakra Balance Specialist & a Story Transformation Coach. My mission is to transform the story of the 7+ billion lives by assisting them in recognizing and fully acknowledging their Life Purpose. My focus is delivering Life Purpose messages, recognizing Past Life connections, shifting Chakra blockages and the stories around them, and transforming the stories people tell about themselves because you are the story you tell about yourself. Additionally, I offer a number of Intuition-related classes and I am working on developing several more. Finally, I am an author of three books and I have outlines for sixty-one more. I have a very full plate.


In the past year, I have been promoting my services on Twitter, Facebook, Craigslist, a monthly newsletter, and various local venues, yet I'm not filling classes or my schedule. What I am looking for is a successful marketer who can use his/her skills to publicize my skills, talents and services at the right time and place. As my Manager/PA, you could take us both to the highest heights. I require an individual who wants to create our future by elevating my talents in the world. Yes, I said the world. I am not only stepping outside my current box and creating an opportunity for our team to grow into a global conversation; I am throwing away the box.   • Ability to travel as needed
  • Arrange interview requests or media appearances;
  • Coordinate with the event managers regarding the arrangements of the tours including arranging for transportation, hotels, lighting and concert equipment, organize travel and prepare complex travel itineraries
  • Create and manage events, classes and workshops
  • Identify the percentage of gross revenue gained through the sale of tickets or fees
  • Interact constantly with the venue owners, clients, managers, and promoters
  • Maintain communication with multiple parties through phone and/or email;
  • Capture action points
  • Providing cost quotes to groups and negotiating the final price of services provided; responsible for negotiating and issuing contracts, collecting deposits and sending out promotional material; manage terms for accommodation, food, transit facilities, and other needs deemed necessary
  • Upgrade website as needed (I use Adobe Muse)

This is a created position, so you may work full-time, part-time or 24 hours a day. Once we agree to terms, I will ask for a commitment of a specific time each week. This is a commission-based position, with bonuses for extraordinary accomplishments.
