This is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advising, or medical care. Coaching focuses on awareness, responsibility, action, and forward movement.
This brief conversation gives us space to discuss what brings you here, answer initial questions, and determine whether a Discovery Session is the right next step.
The Discovery Session is where the deeper work begins. Together, we look at where you are, what feels blocked, what needs attention, and which coaching path may serve you best: individual, family, or business/visionary coaching.
If we decide to move forward, you will complete a coaching agreement and intake process. This establishes expectations, confidentiality, scheduling, payment, responsibilities, and the basic shape of the coaching relationship.
We begin identifying what matters most, what feels out of alignment, and what patterns may be keeping you stuck.
Each session focuses on what is most present and most useful. We review progress, ask better questions, name obstacles, and identify practical steps forward.
Between sessions, you may be given a reflection, a practice, a decision, or an action step. The goal is not busywork. The goal is movement.
At a natural midpoint, we pause to review what is working, what needs adjustment, and whether the original goals still fit.
The coaching process should end with clarity. A Completion Session helps you review what changed, name what remains, and carry the work forward with confidence.
